WELCOME TO PCL
Powerconsult (PCL) was established in 1992 by a group of senior chartered engineers to provide a specialist consulting and engineering design service in power generation, power transmission, and distribution fields with emphasis on electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical engineering. The founding directors had long years of valuable experience in the design, construction, and management of power generation, transmission, and grid sub-station Projects, both in Sri Lanka and abroad.
